This modern and spacious exterior apartment completely renovated and with style, is on the first floor of a new building with elevator and accessibility without architectural barriers, it has approximately 42m2, it is surrounded by the best restaurants in the city, it is distributed in a bedroom, living / dining room / kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.

It can accommodate up to 2/4 people: in a 12m2 bedroom with a 135cm bed and a double sofa bed in the living room of 1.40, it also has a built-in wardrobe, fully furnished kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the entire apartment is furnished with high quality furniture, hot water, heating with an interior thermostat and among others:
-LIVING ROOM: Dining table with 4 chairs, double sofa bed, armchair, cabinet with flat screen TV and accessories.
-KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, washer-dryer, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee maker (dolce gusto), Italian coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cleaning products, clothes line, ironing board and iron.
-MAIN BEDROOM: 135cm double bed, side tables, built-in wardrobe and bedding.
-BATHROOM: Equipped with sink, toilet, shower, hair dryer, wastebasket, toilet paper, washbasin and shower towels per guest.

ZONE:
Centro Ciudad is a more touristic and commercial area of Salamanca, the apartment area is surrounded by the most important monuments of the city, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in tourist guides.
PARKING:
In this area there is no parking as it is a pedestrian zone, the closest car parks are Parking Colon at 300m and Parking Lemans at 500m
There is the possibility of a garage space 400m from the house (€ 15 per day), subject to availability.
It has a taxi rank, a city bus stop, just 50 meters from the door.
