This spacious apartment, is on the ground floor (height d 1 º) of a building renovated with elevator but is not necessary and is accessed directly from the portal, has approximately 49m2, distributed in two bedrooms, kitchen practically independent, dining room overlooking the Cathedral and Clerecia, lobby, a bathroom with shower.
HOW TO STAY:
It can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 in a 12m2 bedroom with double bed. 1 in a bedroom with single bed, also has fitted wardrobes in the rooms and in the entrance hall, fully furnished kitchen and a large bathroom with shower.

Rua Mayor Street is one of the main and important streets of the city of the pedestrian city, it is inside the old part of the city and it is surrounded by important monuments of the city, such as Casa de Las Conchas, La Clerecía, La Catedral , Plaza Anaya, Calle Melendez, other churches and places of importance, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in tourist guides at just 50m.
PARKING:
In this area there is no parking since it is a pedestrian area, the closest car parks are the Colón at 350m and the Leman's at 550m.
It has taxi rank, urban bus, just 200 meters from the door.
